Abstract

Private vocational colleges urgently need to improve student management efficiency and promote students' comprehensive development in a fiercely competitive environment. Efficient team collaboration, as an effective management model, can effectively integrate resources, improve work efficiency, enhance student management quality, and ultimately promote the overall development of the school. This article starts from the theoretical basis of team collaboration, explores the application of efficient team collaboration in student management of private vocational colleges, and deeply analyzes its role in improving the organizational performance of the school. Research has found that efficient team collaboration effectively enhances the organizational performance of schools by promoting collaboration in student management, improving the professionalism and effectiveness of student management, and enhancing the innovation of student management. Finally, the article proposes some suggestions on the application of efficient teamwork in student management in private vocational colleges, aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for student management in private vocational colleges.
